retained primary Canine in one side "right side" , which cause midline shift .. so i did extraction for the right canine , lingual holding Arch done to prevent lingual inclination of lower anterior teeth

thank you Dr.Reem
it was arround 2 - 3 monthes
actually it depend on the patient if he's wearing it most of the time or not
my patient was wearing it all the time except during eating time & he told me that he's not wearing it in the school because he feel shy
