رزنامة الأسنان  

الكثير من الأهل يشتكون عدم قدرتهم على السيطره على أطفالهم لتنظيف الأسنان

و لذلك رزنامة الأسنان ممكن تكون مفيده جدا 

و هي عبارة عن لعبة للأطفال ، للتشجيع على تنظيف الأسنان بشكل يومي و

بطريقه صحيحة ، و في نهاية الشهر يقوم المشرف على اللعبة بإعطاء هدية

يقوم الطفل بوضع صورة شمس ضاحكه عند تنظيف اسنانه بالصباح ، و قمر ضاحك عند تنظيف أسنانه قبل النوم

Dx: Well Differentiated SCC - Bone erosion !

Patien should be medically fit for the GA 

The report shows that it is "well differentiated lesion, which couldn't be treated by radiotherapy" , patient needs more investigation , 

The Rx. of Choice is Surgery . If there is enough bone, then segmental part of mandible will be removed. If NOT , then the whole segment should be removed. 

Patient has bone erosion. 

GA is critical as he is 90 Y.O.

* NOTE : - 

"well differentiated" Rx of choice is Surgery, WON'T respond to radiotherapy.

"non differentiated" Rx of choice is Radiotherapy

TMJ/TMD pain & chewing gum ! - clinical case

Patient compliant : 

Left mandible pain 

Sound when open 

Pain while eating 

No recent history of trauma - no fever 

Dx.

Cause of the pain is the wronge movement of the mandible "chewing gum" , and because of this habit .. Mandible shift to the left side ! 

U can c the condylar head place in each side 

Rx.

Stop the chewing gum , take soft meals & Exercise  for 5 min each hr , at least 6 hr's a day 

4 to 5 weeks should c the better result
